Good morning Cadets. Since we are studying about First Aid and health, let's talk about what we eat and why we eat it. Your task this week is to make a list of the healthy items that you eat on a regular basis and post it back to our site. Along with that list, also the bad items as well. You next step is to find a website/video that supports the good or bad items and explain their affects on your body. ReplyDeleteGood things that I eat-(it's kind of inconsistent), banana, seaweed, rice, green vegetables(don't really know how to say since it's in chinese), carrots-boiled, yogurts, strawberries, apples, milk, water and green tea.
Bad things I eat- ice cream, bread, seaweed, chips(rarely, Ferrero Rocher(a chocolate sweet), candy-lemon cough drops, french fries and rice.

Breakfast: (Good) Special K w/ (Bad) Skim milk
Lunch: (Good) Turkey Sand witch on (Bad) white bread
Dinner: (Bad and Good) Pasta or Chicken cutlets w/ (bad) shredded bread

chips,cookies
fast food
I eat bad foods alot more than I should but have my share of healthy as well:
chicken, steak, etc.

ReplyDeleteSince the departure of my grandparents going to Macau for the past month, my diet has changed slightly. For instance, I have been eating more sushi. Foods I commonly eat include avocados, rice, pistachios, noodles and sometimes steak.However some foods that I eat that are unhealthy include girl scout cookies, ice cream, and a lot of chocolate (mostly Snickers).

a lot of bread(excess can be really bad)
Whip cream
Popeyes ,and other fast foods.
I ocassionally eat healthy as well too though , like:

Organic foods etc.

ReplyDeleteI always try to eat healthy for my health and body. I eat junk food once in a while.
I try not to go to fast food restaurants.
On the daily basis the healthy food I
eat ; fruit like grapes ,oranges ,strawberries etc. For breakfast I eat oatmeal or omelettes or scramble eggs ,also a banana or strawberry milkshake with spinach. I always try to have a healthy snack during the day like fruits. For dinner , i eat what my family Cooks but sometimes try not to eat rice and instead I make myself a salad.
On the daily basis the bad things I eat will be a ham sandwich that I pack in the morning. Or once in a blue moon plantain chips. The bad things that I often eat is fried plantains..
