Blog #4 To Be or Not To Be, is Gun Control a Violation of the Constitution

Good morning cadets. Your task this week is to state your position on Gun Control and use part of the information from the Democratic Debate link that is posted below to support you position. One you have posted your own position, you must then find an article or video online that defends/supports your position and post it to your website.     After re watching the video I can safely inference that gun control laws should definitely be enforced. While I do prefer Bernie Sanders over Hilary Clinton, I was surprised by her statement of how "we lose 90 people a day from gun violence." I also happened to notice the concept of how Bernie Sanders seemed to not have enough time to talk as opposed to Hilary. I guess you can really see it as a little bias.

    In my opinion, I would say that the Gun Control has to be enforced. The law states that people are allow to have gun in America which is very dangerous situation. As what Hilary Clinton said that gun violence can caused a number of people died.

    personally, I feel that if a person has it in his mind that they are going to kill someone else I doubt that not having a gun would stop him or her; that said I feel that people how have shown violent tendencies, or have been to jail for something major(murder, rape...etc) should not be allowed to buy a gun; besides if a person who is going to do harm with a gun but cant buy it legally then I am sure they would buy one illegally.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_XZvMwcluEg I agree with Alex Jones.

    after watching the video i can say i agree with both sides. i agree that gun control should be enforced because it will help decrease the number of deaths caused by guns each. year.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_violence_in_the_United_States states that guns lead to 505 deaths to to accidental firearm discharge. i also agree with R.Sou because if you take guns away from people that wont stop them from committing a different crime because once some one ha their mind set on killing or harming a person they wont stop.the thing that'll be different is that the crime would be a lot easier with the gun. other than that the crime will still happen. also it is true if a person cant buy their gun legally they will buy it illegally so saying that what will stop them from committing crimes with or without guns.

    I believe in small government so I agree with Bernie Sanders with we should allow guns and not hurt the people manufacturing the guns we should put small restrictions on guns but more and more it seems like guns are going to be illegal to own which not only is unconstitutional but unjust.

    In my opinion gun control should be limited. It should not be enforced because a gun itself does commit the crime , a person is always behind the gun but a gun does contribute to crimes and that's why I think it should be limited.     I believe that gun control laws should be enforced and place more detailed background checks like Bernie Sanders said. Although guns should be limited they should not be prohibited as we have the right to bear arms as stated in the Second Amendment. There should be more time to see if a person can hold a gun and variables like the condition they live in should take place.

    I believe that technically gun control is a violation of the 2nd amendment. this is so because in the 2nd amendment it states that we have the right to bare arms meaning we can have guns. this should be limited in my opinion because you should only own a gun if you are in need of it. if you own a candy shop in a nice neighborhood with low crime rates then you do not need one but if you own a liquor store in a high crime rate neighborhood then you should be able to have one.

    i believe the gun control should be enforce but we should consider taking arm because there other who use gun for their selfish reason but the world is just to complicated because their so many issue that been happening lately for recently so i am not sure if gun control should be enforce or maybe uncertain at all

    I believe guns should be allowed because it isn't fair to people who need one. If you want to know if the person you are selling a gun to is fit to have one then do a background check to make sure. Be sure to check for mental illnesses or anything in that nature.

    In my opinion I believe that gun control should be enforced because like Bernie Sanders said there should be more background check up and more facts to be proven.And to be honest guns are really just "dangerous" because of by whom it's being used and how it's being used.So it should not be illegal or prohibited.And to prevent chaos there should be more security.But ones again it all depends on how the gun is being used and by whom!

    In my opinion I feel as guns dont kill people kill . If a person want to kill a person then that's what there going to do. Guns are used for many things in life and it just so happens to be killing , guns shouldn't be taken away I feel as if we should just make a law to who we sell them too . For example cops , hunters , and etc
